First set-up:

The adapter clamping module together with the base element is clamped onto the clamping station K20 by means of pull-studs. The workpiece is then clamped to the clamping module K5 with indexing with #direct clamping of the workpiece by means of pull-studs and ready milled in a 5-sided machining process.
The workpiece and entire engine room are cleaned fully automatically by the AMF cleaner. Thus, expensive and time-consuming cleaning by the machine operator is fully eliminated.
