You will hear from industry experts on how to identify and execute efficient workflows around production on a 3- or 5-axis machine. Optimizing
production of parts requires advanced knowledge from all elements of the machining process.
In this workshop you will hear about new 5-axistechnologies and how they interact with controllers, cutting tools and all elements of CAD design with techniques for
getting most out of your POST processing setup. We will be demonstrating these advanced considerations on an actual aluminum part to show quick material removal and finishing procedures. You will learn these workflows through seeing how we combine Mastercam CAD software, HEIDENHAIN controllers, AXILE 5-axis machines using SANDVIK-Coromant cutting tools. You will get professional instruction and live-action demos on the shop floor.
