Our partner #TGS demonstrated the AXILE #G6 with Flexible Manufacturing System(FMS) at 5-axis exhibition & conference in 29-31,Mar.
To increase #autonomy and #flexibility, AXILE #automation solution with #FMS can be integrated upon initial commissioning of the G6 machine, or at a later stage when production capacity expands.
Machine information:
AXILE G6 + 9 pallets storage (extension is possible)+ 1 loading station with automatic door, Fanuc R2000 robot. (Max payload 150 kg including pallet)
Besides, it raised production efficiency to boost throughput & optimize shop floor’s productivity.
