FLEXWAVE is a compact harmonic gear reduction mechanism that achieves zero backlash, as well as exceptional positioning accuracy, torque density and repeatability. FLEXWAVE consists of three internal elements – the flexspline, the circular spline and the wave generator. The elasticity properties of the flexspline and the teeth differential between the flexspline and the circular spline result in its unique reduction characteristics.FLEXWAVE is available in different executions, including component sets, simple contained assemblies and complete gear units. Cup, hat, solid and hollow input shaft configurations give engineers true freedom in design. FLEXWAVE is also available in Ultra-Flat and High Torque variations for applications with demanding footprint and performance requirements. The DESCH Denox^® DT rotary table drives offer customized product solutions, tailor-made for every application.In addition to integrated hydraulic circuits, drives with bevel gear stage, belt drive or direct motor, as well as outputs with gear, toothing according to DIN 5480, feather key or with straight shaft shank can be provided as required. Through the use as a double drive, the rotary table drives can be used both for rotary operation and for positioning and thereby serve to reduce the backlash in the Master slave operation.The series is divided into the application fields vertical and horizontal mounting position.
