Aluminium machining of model BNGX insert

What better way to showcase the versatility of our cutting tools, than by machining aluminium in the shape of our popular BNGX insert with M geometry.
To create the large display model we used our LNGX insert with FA geometry and HF7 grade, the ADEX with FA geometry and M0315 grade, along with our S611 end mill and S629 ball-nosed end mill.
A number of BNGX items were produced, with one on display at our UK sales office to support training and help customers visualise its key design features.
