Have problem with filling tank on a Sodick A500w Mark-21c from 1996-10

Water circulation is working fine, but when I trying to filling the tank the pump just stops and every 18 seconds the relay tries to
start the pump for about 0,5seconds with bad noice from relay and the relay dont pull.
If I stop filling the tank the pump starts perfect again.

This happends after a very long stop and we have change the battery on both cpu cards and changed all water in the machine.
We also loaded the software from flopp disc.


( A half year ago the machine lost the memory and loaded the software and got the machine up and running perfect, but we discovered that the
level sensors in the tank was had reversed funktion.

Then we change funktion and it was running perfect.

This is not the problem this time )


Any one who know something about this problem or have electrical drawings??

I have a sodick A530D with ATW with Mark 21 , I have electrical drawings only let me know find which is the electrical drawings where indicate filling tank pump.

now I have problem in both CPU was change battery and load system floppy (system 2.2 floppy have I/O error). could you help me send me by email a copy or image of all system disk (system 2.1 and 2.2 ,system 3.01 2-1 and 2-2 ) that you have,please

there is different pumps for water circulation and tank filling. The filling pump is the biggest, on my AP500 it's behind the filter box. The circulation pump is at the rear of the tank. Check to see that the fill pump turns freely just remove the cover over the fan and try turning it. Hope that helps

Thanks "hotrunner" for the drawings here, I´ll try to send you some software.

The problem is with the "Flushing" pump.
In normal mode it runs perfect but in "Submerge" mode the pump stopped and every 18 seconds the motor starts to shake for about 0,5-2 seconds and the pump tries to run.

When I stop the Submerge mode the pump just starts and run perfect again.
What I need to know is what happends between Normal and Submerge mode.

Anyone who has electrical drawings for this pump and controllers?
