    HELP!!! VF-12

I am working on a vf-12 and the operator stopped the machine during a tool change and for a unknown reason the power was shut off. Currently the tool arm is in an unknown position, but under the spindle and tool carousel. The machine will not allow us to move the arm out of the way. How do fix this we already tried the tips on the operator screen.

Never used a 12 but My older VF-4 tool changer at work gets hung like that once in awhile. I use the "Reset toolchanger" button and follow the prompts. It will ask if theres a tool in spindle etc.

If auto recovery doesn't work, try manual. Then, you can command the arm to rotate. I think you will have to put it in debug mode to get to that.
