Latest Mach3 .066 build and losing steps.

Hello everyone hope I can explain this correctly.
I recently upgraded the PC that controls my little fixed gantry router that mostly does engraving in plastic. (light loads)
It was working perfectly before the upgrade.
I'm pretty sure it is a setting in the general config. I should have backed up the Mach3 folder on the old PC but since the HD went dead that was not an option.
Could it be something in the constant velocity settings?
Here is the TAP file, it happens in the same spot each time, around the letters 8 or 9 and always on the Y axis...???
When the machine returns to 0,0 after the job, I'm always out the same distance on the Y axis.

Any help would be great thanks.

You might try lowering the acceleration, especially in the axis that's having the problem.

Thanks for the reply, it was a operator issue.
    Solved now.
    Thank You.
