Mastercam X5 Pocket Surfacing from Solidworks STEP

I'm making my first attempt at some surfacing for a logo on a wheel that I manufacture. I'm having issues with getting started programming the pocket surface.

I'm bringing in a STEP file into Mastercam X5 generated from my 3D model in Solidworks 2014.

The issue I seem to have is that as soon as i try and select geometry to chain the whole imported solid is highlighted not just the logo I want to cut.

I'm hoping someone can help me or show me how to do at least one or two letters of the logo and I can finish the rest based on that help.

The logo is essentially 6 surfaced pockets on a bowl shape.

I've attached a stock file as well as a STEP file with the logo I want to cut.

The tool I would like to use is a 0.25 diameter 60 degree engraving tool.

Thanks for any help that can be provided.

You can use the Solid Selection Button, it will be activated when mastercam ask you to choose drive surface. Then you can select individual face on solid.
