    Need Help- Fanuc 0-T G01 won't run in Single Block Mode

    Need Help,
    We have Okuma & Howa Twin Spindle 4 Axes Lathe that lost all parameters due to bad batteries. I have restore the parameters, program and wear offset. The problem is G01 won't run in single block mode

    G40 G28 U0 W0 T0 ;
    N1 T400 M8 ;
    G0 G50 X188.3 Z37.5 M8 ;
    G0 Z1. ;
    X25. T2 G97 S3200 M03 ;
    G1 X-1.2 F0.35 ; (no movement here)
    etc

    I'm not sure that 900 parameters are correct, I don't backup them since I forget to press EOB when transferring to PC so I write them down
    here are the parameters
    900 00111000
    901 11110000
    902 00000100
    903 00000000
    904 00000000
    905 00000001
    906 11101000
    907 01010000
    908 00000000
    : :
    939 00000000

    You are using metric mode. F0.35 is too small. It might be actually moving which you might not have observed. Look at the coordinate display.

    And changing tool at home position is a safe practice.

    Thank you sinha_nsit,
    G01 still not work even F value is increased.
    Finnaly I download the diagnostic parameters from the machine and got "0" for all diagnostic. then I restore the diagnostic parameters and it working
