    pathpilot homing crashes

Installed pathpilot now if you home y axis it starts to home then rapids to crash if you rapid any axis it stops like it hit a limit switch and if you use the jog shuttle when you let it go the axis goes real slow for a bit? Not happy I made this switch yet but now i am in deep. Let me add my machine has zero issues.

This is our fault (Mesa's) and I apologize for this

As far as I know there are only a very few cards missing jumpers (all 6I25s)

    PCW_MESA,
So when I get my new PP Controller up and running, if I have the same problem how do I install the required jumpers?

Nice of you to admit someone on your end screwed up but don't take any blame you see I purchased this from Tormach not you so who's fault is it Tormach and only Tormach they should have much better QC then this. I will call them tomorrow morning asking for an overnight jumper package or a new board this has screwed up 3 days for me not to mention finding the issue. This could have screwed up my machine y axis crashed twice I don't go easy on things like this I need that machine up ready no matter what. Mesa might have forgot to put in the jumpers but Tormach has failed to post any type of warning to look out for this before your machine crashes?

This is only an issue with a very few 6I25s from the last lot we shipped Tormach, so it is unlikely you will have a problem

(if you use Tormachs controller those use 5I25s and there is no jumper problem with the 5I25s)

I would check no matter what im told my first home y axis started to go then rapid to a hard stop. Another way is simple it crashed my axis at full speed and kept trying to go about the worse thing ever on a machine.

    PCW and cncbasher,
    Thanks,
In the meantime I found one of PCW's posts 20sep15 that had links to the manuals. Very helpful,
And I applaud your honesty PCW. QC is not an easy function to keep at 100% level. Look at how many human mistakes occur in aviation/space industry in spite a very rigorous procedures.

I had a problem with one of the later updates, in settings make sure the enable door switch is not checked, unless you have the enclosure from Tormach.

The jumpers are standard 0.1" (2.54 mm) type, here is an equivalent:

I think those are .1 spacing, found on harddrives and computer related boards etc.

maybe the comma was meant to be a decimal?
