Anyhow - that output looks odd from the tube to mirror #1. It should be a tighter beam in my opinion. That said, the lens should be condensing that beam more at the end I think. Anyhow, you might send that picture to the manufacturer of the tube (if under any sort of warranty still) and see what they say. I would also try with the nose cone off to make sure it isn't hitting the cone after the lens.

Might be too little power. They can act a little strange if just barely getting enough power to make a solid beam... Try a bit more power (if you are at a lower level now) and try again.

Setting laser power 70, this tube is new, few working hours,

Beams are normally about 3mm. It appears your output is a circle. I got the same thing on a 40w tube after I pushed it with poor cooling, poor flow or both. It didn't cut well after that so I replaced the tube. I also completely updated the cooling system and don't cut over ~20 deg c and about 80% rated power. So far no issues.

Distilled water in the cooling system? I had a similar issue with a 40w laser tube till i rinsed the tube, lines, and pump out with distilled and refilled the tank with distilled water. I think the laser was arcing through the water to get out through the pump wiring.

Distilled water is a poor conductor vs tap water which is a great conductor.
