The PICOMAX 21-D and PICOMAX 21-M are robust and very user-friendly precision coordinate drilling and milling machines. Ideal for training purposes, as well as for the production of single pieces and small series.
The field of application is extremely versatile and the selection of different sizes of coordinate tables as well as the wide range of tool holders and adapted special accessories make these machines a complete, modern workplace for every workshop.
For more comfort or series work, the FEHLMANN PICOMAX 21-M is equipped with a feed table (M-version). The motor make it possible to position the table precisely at rapid traverse or with the infinitely variable feed. Bolt hole circles, dot patterns and rectangular pockets can be approached with lightning speed and precision, not only manually but also automatically, via the integrated motorized table.
The input is simple and convenient über the touch screen of the digital display. Glass dimensions and recirculating ball screws ensure long-lasting high production quality. The hardened and ground threaded spindles, the stable construction and the rigid column with friction-locked housing clamping and the most precise guided vertical drill head displacement result, in addition to high stability, in high working and repeat accuracy throughout the entire working range.
A built-in thread cutting device is standard equipment. The proven FEHLMANN SF 32 quick tool change system, the infinitely variable electronically controlled speed adjustment and the easy, most accurate guided vertical machine head displacement are time-saving features that make work easier.

The mill version, optimal also for training, has 3 manual wheels and basic functions for conventional milling, drilling and threading.
This milling machine is specially optimized for simple conventional milling work and thus allows an optimal introduction to modern machining technology. It is operated like a fully-fledged conventional milling and drilling machine, without any programming knowledge.
This machine 'Made in Switzerland' already offers in the basic version various features of a modern, powerful milling machine, such as: fully digital CNC Heidenhain control TNC 620, a FEHLMANN own, fluid-cooled and high-torque motor spindle for universal milling up to 12'000 rpm as well as Z/S-interpolated thread cutting, 3D milling, boring, etc.
In addition, the combination of manual and CNC milling machine PICOMAX 56 mill can be expanded with further practical machine options: for example, with a FEHLMANN dividing head for 4-axis work, an automatic tool changer with 20 or 30 places and much more.
