FEHLMANN solves this question with the new VERSA 645/643 linear, VERSA745/743 and VERSA 945/943 with coordinate grinding function: Both processes are perfectly combined on one machine. The mill version, optimal also for training, has 3 manual wheels and basic functions for conventional milling, drilling and threading.
This milling machine is specially optimized for simple conventional milling work and thus allows an optimal introduction to modern machining technology. It is operated like a fully-fledged conventional milling and drilling machine, without any programming knowledge.
This machine 'Made in Switzerland' already offers in the basic version various features of a modern, powerful milling machine, such as: fully digital CNC Heidenhain control TNC 620, a FEHLMANN own, fluid-cooled and high-torque motor spindle for universal milling up to 12'000 rpm as well as Z/S-interpolated thread cutting, 3D milling, boring, etc.
In addition, the combination of manual and CNC milling machine PICOMAX 56 mill can be expanded with further practical machine options: for example, with a FEHLMANN dividing head for 4-axis work, an automatic tool changer with 20 or 30 places and much more.
