    1012 over travel alarm in fanuc series.

    1012 z +ve end limit pressed alarm is displayed after the z axis is over travelled.

    Sure you fixed it by now but for others Perform a turret restoration and make sure you input the exact tool it happened during event after mode and then reset the machine and it will auto set it’s position properly. This can be avoided if you don’t jog up above the z axis zero line in the middle of a auto operation that was stopped. With the turret upfront it’s an easy mistake to make.
