Got a 2011 Doosan puma 300L. When I left Friday machine was working great. But came in today and and machine turret won't rotate when I go to do it I get the alarm 2119 turret index overtime. Has anyone had this problem any help will be appreciated.

Look for the confirmation of the clamp/unclamp switches
I took the back cover off and checked the sensor. The led lights are on so I loosen it up and moved it out a little to see if lights go out and they do do I put it back. It's there other sensors that I could check for this
Sensors functional do not necessarily mean "Sensors functioning correctly" (there are possible timing issues and alignment issues to understand with regard to the mechanics of the turret.)
The 300L was offered with either a Servo or a Hydraulic Turret (according to the ladder.)
Which does yours have?
If the Servo version, set Keep relay K5bit4 to 1
If the turret can be hand turned, check the status of X7.0 (it should be a 0 when unclamped)

Ok I just changed the K5.4 to a 1 and it unclamped. Where exactly do I look for the x7.0 thanks for the help technician can't get here till Friday try to see if I could get help to get it before he gets here need the machine .
with the Keep relay set to 1, does the turret rotate by hand?

Yes I can move it by hand when I change it to a 1
View the X7.0 in the Status page.
Press the System Hardkey
Press the right arrow softkey, until PMC (or three different versions of PMC) appears
If PMC (only) then press that... and the three versions will display
I can't remember, off hand, but the STATUS screen is either in PMCMAINT or PMCCONFIG (use left-arrow softkey to get out of the screen that it isn't)
When you see STATUS press its softkey.
Type X7
Press the SEARCH softkey
It will display ALL of X7 (in an 8 bit format)
The 0 bit is the rightmost bit.
8bit = 76543210

Yes X7 is all 0
If K5.4 is a 1 and the turret turns by hand, then the curvic is UNCLAMPED.
If the curvic is unclamped and X7.0 is a 0, then the I/O does see that the curvic is UNCLAMPED.
The cuvic unclamping and its sensor are NOT the problem.
Next check:
When the turret is told to index, does the turret even try to rotate?

No it doesn't do anything then gives that alarm 2119 turret index overtime
Do you have any other messages (alarms) at the same time? (check the message history screen)
Is there an alarm on the Turret's servo drive in the electrical cabinet of the machine?
(Vision or ProMotion control)

No other messages in there and nothing in the cabinet no numbers just 00. And it is weird because on the control panel were it tells u what tool number your on it says 00 don't even read it's on tool number 1
I think we are at the point of needing to talk on the phone.

I am finding different versions using a different input that X7.0 for confirmation of clamp.
What is your exact serial # and ladder version?
Serial number from placard near the main power switch.
Ladder version from the TITLE page (right next to the STATUS softkey)

To update readers of this thread: The Vision control for the turret has no display on the LED panel, and the incoming power was 3 phase 208 (good)
We removed all of the wire plugs except the power and the drive was still without any display.
The drive is dead.
