26 Pin IDC configurations of MK3/4

I'm trying to configure Planet CNC MK3/4 controller with my stepping motor driver, I want to connect it through given 26 pin IDC cable but looks like there are little differences between both. followings are pin definition for my Stepper driver can you please advise if i can still use IDC cable? or if i can alter some pins, picture of controller is also attached.
    Thanks

1?25 pin parallel port control is defined as follows:
    PIN1? CKE E axis pulse
    PIN2? CKA A axis pulse
    PIN3? CWA A axis direction
    PIN4? CKB B axis pulse
    PIN5? CWB B axis direction
    PIN6? CKC C axis pulse
    PIN7? CWC C axis direction
    PIN8? empty
    PIN9? empty
    PIN10? DIN1 limit 1
    PIN11? DIN2 limit 2
    PIN12? DIN3 limit 3
    PIN13? DIN4 limit 4
    PIN14? CWE E axis direction
    PIN15? E-Stop
    PIN16? EN All axis enable
    PIN17? RLY Relay control
    PIN18~25? GND to ground

Re: 26 Pin IDC configurations of MK3/4

    PIN10? DIN1 limit 1 and PIN15? E-Stop are swapped.
    Extension board on pins
PIN1? CKE E axis pulse and PIN14? CWE E axis direction will also not work.

This is certainly doable and only little modification of driver board is needed.

When i try to move axis none of them move, don't you think rest of things should work? as most of the pins are connected properly, i want to give it a try if it worth to create a new cable,
