    3V AC stray Voltage

    Hello All,

    DIY Router ( DDCS 4.1 Controller )

I'm the Final Stages of my Build, and Busy checking wiring of Control box, and I came across this strange Issue.

I have 3 AC Sockets controlled by the Controller Mist / Flood AUX Outputs via 24V DC Relays.
However when I energise the Contactor, the 220V indicator LEDs ( LA3, 5 & 6 on attached Schematic ) light up, even with the Relays not energised.

When I measure the Voltage across the LED i get 3V AC - this is enough to light the LEDs.
    - Voltage across neutral to Field Ground is +- 1V ac
    - Voltage across Live to Field Ground is Zero

Any Ideas how to resolve the Stray Voltage, Any Ideas?

EDIT ** I thought I could add a 1M Resistor, to stop the led lighting at low voltage - but it has no effect i

    Re: 3V AC stray Voltage

OK on further investigation, the LEDs show a very dim light due to the 3V ac (stray voltage) , when the relays close the LEDs are Bright ( as expected)

I have Noticed that when everything is powered up, there is an AC voltage of +- 8V between my 24V dc Positive and the Frame ground.
    Will keep looking .....
