This alarm basically mean the machine cant find something it is looking for, it might be a card in the CPU rack it could be an encoder the answer is in the code index number in this case 11.

I think from the top of my head it is to do with the EC side I would start by looking at the power supplies in the electrical cabinet and in the rear of the control panel.

Gentlemen I currently work for Okuma America in the Technical support Center not that I need to come to this Forum to support our customers as we rely on our dealer technicians to supply the necessary need for technical support but I am willing to provide this site with help.

If this is in concern to the OSP5000/5020 control then it is most likely the Machine Centers that the EC I/O system communications from the EC board to the DR board. For this communication to work the ECP board, DR board and the EC Power Supply must be working.

The most common cause of this alarm is a failure with the EC I/O rack Power Supply.

an official Okuma ( service ) forum on cnc zone sounds great

i guess, if this would be done, than also other sites would try to have their own, thus such an official forum i guess that it should be independent / would be great to have one
