Error details:

No NC ready,
Error Alarm 300500,
Axis X drive 1 system error,
error codes 1BH and 10000H

Hi,

normally this is a result of a defective NCU/Drive (810D it's a complete unit).
So therefore this needs to be exchanged, and the backup loaded in again (by seriel), and typically by an servicetechnician.

But if you want to be sure, then contact Siemens Hotline, and confirm it with them...
