Hi All,

Can anyone tell me how to identify what an axis is on the 840D system. We have a machine with error on axis BM2 but I have no idea which axis this is on the machine. Looking at the Startup I see it is Index no 6 it says it is a linear axis on Channel 2. So I know Channel 2 is the right side of our machine, but I do not know which plug and where is this encoder on the machine. The drawing show encoders but it does not show which axis is which encoder.
