Hi, everybody.
One morning I came to work, and my machine can't automatically and manually threading the wire. I disassembled the upper and lower heads and cleaned everything, but the problem did not disappear. 2 or 3 times the machine saw the wire, but after a few seconds it again gave the error "wire not threaded". And every 15 minutes I get an electronics temperature error. I restart the dielectric unit (DA) from remote control and can work again for 15 minutes. I checked all the boards, I didn't see anything suspicious anywhere. Cleaned the dust.
Please help, I no longer have the strength to fight this machine.

I will answer my own question about threading the wire. The reason was one of the relays on the ADC-16 board. I changed all 4 at once so that in the future there would be no problems with any of these old relays. I continue to struggle with the abnormal electronics temperature error.

I also solved the problem with "abnormal temperature of the electronics". I desoldered 2 relays (KT1,KT2) on the E416/2 board (on SBX-10 board) and soldered 2 jumpers. Now the machine works normally.
