I have a 2000 arrow 2
the tool drum has an air blast as the drum is turning
my older mill had a switch to turn on or off
Can this be done on the arrow 2 or can it be turned of permanently
Thanks

I would have to look at prints to see if there is a way to "turn it off" on your machine (some had this, some did not).
To my knowledge there has never been any type of feedback to indicate whether the air blast is working or not though so if you don't ever want it to blast air, pulling the valve wire or capping the air line should do what you are asking for.
There was a reason for the air blast though, so make sure you aren't creating a new problem by disabling it.
Thanks
On the 96 machine it had a switch to turn it off.
Guess I could look at the wiring. It is a bit annoying when your loading tools or moving the carousel
Let me know if you find anything. as you stated i would like it off when setting up machine too.
Tried look through physical i/o list to turn it off but could not find it.. (just a quick look though)...
one solution would be to hook up a manual switch in between the airline that goes to carousel
