dear friends ,
I have problem with machine cnc turning fanuc OT, goodway GCL 2L & 3L
when we turn on the machine every morning, then rotate the turret by pressing the index, go to the tooling turret number 1 ,
then we turn again turret to the next position, the turret rotates continuously refused to stop. but when we try to turn off and turn ON the engine 1 or 2 hours later and the turret ok .
but the problem arises again tomorrow morning.

alarm operator message
1000 turret conuter error
2031 turret No. 1 serch
2057 turret clamp error

before this alarm showing, the turret crash with spindle. the shaft turret crashes. we change shaft turret.

please help my problem

We have the same problem right now. Have you found a solution for this issue? What is the problem? Can you help me? The machine name is Goodway GLC-2L.

first turn off you machine then push @ the end and right side to take the zero and size of bed let me know what happen

It sounds like the turret's position sensor or encoder might be misaligned or damaged after the crash. Try checking and recalibrating the turret position sensor.
