Hello everyone,
a month ago I bought first WEDM Charmilles Robofil 510. It was working in seller workshop. I placed it in my workshop and after about an hour of cutting 10mm height stel plate, during work, machine stoped and gave me error "wire short circuit". I tried few times to restart cutting by backing the wire but that did not work. After several attempts machine gave me new error "E903 Regulator UPA". When this error occures all generator boards are losing power (leds on boards turn off) and machine makes for a second a squeaking sound from back of generator boards (like slipping V belt). To power up generator I need to restart whole machine. Error occure every thime when I want to power up the wire.
I made quick record of how it behave. Machine language is polish if you want to translate

I checked for short circuit to table and wire. Just for sure I dismantled upper head and cleaned everything. I also changed wire power plate, because it was drasticly worn. In lower wire head just cleaning, everything looks ok.

I managed to get good RUPA and UPA boards for exchange but "Regulator UPA error" still exist. Checked all power supplys but found nothing incorrect.
Unfortunatelly I did not get with the machine AUTO DIAGNOSTIC Floppy disk and did not find exact disk in the net. Maintenance manual says that would be most useful in that case. Is floppy dedicated to Robofil 310 will work with Robofil 510? I found only that one https://www.ebay.com/itm/186310388987
Mayby someone is able to send me copy of data from Robofil 510 floppy to email? It would certainly made my day.

Is that possible I burned something in computer boards due to first "wire short circuit error"?

Tech guy will arrive in a month, please help.
Damian
