    consistent motion problem

    Hi...I have a problem that if z is moved up, then xy moves in positive direction ..the xy looses steps....if then z is moved down, xy in same direction works fine....breakout board?....how do I test ... mach 3

    Shielding on wires? Add a counter weight to Z so it is easier to lift... Z drive may be sacking power from X y?
