Controller - Masso G3
Spindle - lusintun 3.3kw ATC
VFD - Cumark ES580

Hello all, I am looking for some help with an issue I have. The issue is that the masso controller isn't seemingly talking to the VFD as it should, it seems to activate the relay on the VFD fine but nothing actually turns on the spindle when commanded.

So some details, the spindle turns fine when commanded in LOC mode by manually pressing start and adjusting the speed on the VFD.

I've setup the masso I believe to be correct - Image below for this setup.


The masso wiring to the VFD is as follows;

Masso spindle PIN 1 - A1
Masso spindle PIN 2 -
Masso spindle PIN 3 -
Masso spindle PIN 4 - COM
Masso spindle PIN 5 - D1
Masso spindle PIN 6 - COM
Masso spindle PIN 7 - D2
Masso spindle GND - GND

I've been through the parameters via the manual but I pretty clueless to the majority of them. I've setup I believe the correct 10V signal for the masso to command the VFD as per the MASSO instructions but again that could be incorrect as well.

If anyone can help me with this please I am well beyond working this issue out.
