I have a 2001 model Dekel Maho DMC 70 V with Heidenhain tnc 426 control. I saw the machine running before I purchased it but since it has been setup at my shed I have not figured out how to get the axis's to move under power. X and Y move freely by hand. Cant move Z by hand but I'm told it has a brake that stops it from moving so it doesn't drop down via gravity if power goes out. I was able to get to the Travers axis stage on the tnc but the non functional alarm would come up when I pushed the buttons to move the axis's. See this video link https://photos.app.goo.gl/3vfxWadSpzn4TaHz8 The last four times I have switched the mill on it is different. Now it goes into Estop about 15 -25 seconds after I get to the traverse axis stage. See following video link https://photos.app.goo.gl/mxHGaB5pvb4LvyZTA I noticed when I push the start button it sounds like it cuts in an out a few times before it runs. Its does that every time I start it.
I have the door to access the milling area locked when I start the machine. I can lock and unlock it so it seems to be functioning correctly.
The E stop button on the control and tool changer is not pushed in (pushed in to go in to e stop)
The e stop knob on the hand control wheel is missing. I have checked with a multimeter and the contacts for the Handwheel E stop are in the closed position which I assume means its not in Estop mode. I will get a new knob.
I am wondering if the symptoms align with having the phases wired around the wrong way?
Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you
