Hello, I upgraded my cnc 1325 machine with new ATC spindle and vfd. I cant get it running. Can somebudy gave me the right settings for vfd.

Vfd is Delta vfd b 11kw (vfd110b23a)

and china HQD atc spindle 9kw air colling, GDL70-24z/9.0

The values above do not match the model number you gave earlier??

yes, i notice that, becoes the numbers iv been writen first time was taken from the first offer of dealer and than we change the inverter, so the correct numbers i have now are vfd110b43a, sory for mistake

When you say you can't get it running.....have you connected the motor and programmed the drive?

I sucesfuly conected the motor and power up for first time, i put vfd to factory defoult settings of 60 Hz and and try to run it and didtnt happend nothing. now i changed the parameter 01-00 to 400 hz and motor is runnig, but there are other values that i need to program before i start using the spindle and not damage it, maximum fequency minimum voltage,... there are 15 pages of parameter to set and i am already lost, so i will be pleased if sombudy can tell me those comon setting to put it in vfd for this motor so i can start working on machine. thank you

I know the Delta drives quite well...but i don't know the 1325 machine. I need more information to be able to help you. For your motor to run properly/safely you need to make sure all the relevant parameters are correct. You don't want to damage this expensive motor.

1) power supply voltage
2) motor voltage
3) motor freq
4) motor full load current
5) motor speed
6) how you want to start the motor
7) how you want to control the motor speed

i will add more later, i might have forgotten important ones....please excuse this cause it's half past three in the morning here

Machine is actualy upgraded cnc china cheep router taht worked prfectly for 3 years, so i upgraded it with stuf i dont want to destroy , controled by weihong controler, it control vfd thru AVI and spindle speed with 0 -10 V. All details are on pictures.

There are not many parameter's that need to be set, as you have auto tuning, I have a set for these drives but have a question

When you first ran the spindle did you run it through the VFD KeyPad or from your machine Control

Are you saying you had it starting from both the machine and keypad?

No, i started from keypad, then i change the parameter 02-00 to from 0 to1 and 02-01 from 0 to 1 and machine buttons work, thats all i figured out for now, this motor parameter are confuzing me. I dont dare to run machine until they are inserted.
