Hello,
We received a VCF850L at the end of 2019. Machine has been running great except for periodic issues with the spindle oil cooler (nanocon CIL1101A).
The machine usually runs just fine, but some times we get this 2164 alarm, which shows as AL05 on the cooler.

The cooler manual states for AL05:
Description: Main spindle protective oil pressure switch (S60) are actuated
Cause: It occurs when flow rate of pump outlet is below 0.1Mpa

Sometimes this issue goes away after leaving the machine overnight.
Other times we've had the service guys from the dealer come.
I'm not 100% sure what it is that they do, but my operator says that they bleed off the hoses.

Anyone familiar with this issue?

Here are the Service manuals for the chiller.
The issue may lie in a low oil level, improper hose connections causing issue, clogged inline filter, or other obstruction, as well.
