    Error E stop presset

    Please help.
Router set up with Gecko 540, uc100 Huanjang vdf with 1.5 kW water-cooled spindle. Mach3 Version R3.043.062. Win 7.
The router runs fine on all stepper motors. When the spindle starts, the machine runs for up to 6 sec. stops. Error message e-stop pressed.

    Re: Error E stop presset

Sounds like you have a lack of grounding in crucial areas, do you have a star point ground system set up for a start?
    Is your Spindle frame grounded?
In some cases the 4 pin socket on the router is missing the ground wire from socket to frame making the ground conductor inefective.
