    Fanuc - 15M - SYSTEM ALARM / RAM PARITY ERROR / NMI ERROR (004CEE): PC040

    Hello,

    we got here an old 15-M that makes some ptoblems. The Machine stop sometimes in trhe moddle of cutting with the following erros:


    F15MAA AA2GA
    SYSTEM ALARM
    81:0120:03:AA2AG:0001:0094H512
    RAM PARITY ERROR
    02:4139:01:4045:0011:0094H581
    NMI ERROR (004CEE): PC040

    After restart the machine is runnig some days/weeks without problems. But it come back again...
