we have a fanuc 0-M controller on a Cel Con cage drilling machine
has a master side and a slave side
the slave side goes to do a tool change moves fine then it gets to the tool change position, a bang sound happens ( not good yes i know)shuts the machine hydraulics down, and pops up this error.
the x axis moves great in any direction, just when it goes to do a tool change. i replaced the drive already but it still keeps doing it. it doesn't throw up any OT alarms. kind of stuck on what to check next.

do you have any counter balance that hit the structure of machine?
