Fusion 360 only cutting 1 toolpath

I complete a simple project with 2 cutting operation, but only the second operation gets executed by the machine. I have tried a couple of small programs with multiple toolpaths, but only the second one is executed. I'm using hobby version of 360 on a Onefinity machine. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Are you using different tools in the tool paths? Are you selecting both tool paths when you post process?

Are you actually posting both toolpaths? To post, right click on the Setup1 and select Post Process, that should post both operations.
