#1 I can't set PD142 to match the motor at 12 amps. It won't allow anything over 7 amps. I'm hopeing there is an easy solution.
#2 I'm controling it with a Duet3 6HC that has 5V PWM signal. I'm running it through a pwm to voltage converter module that has a 0-10v output. The converters voltage seems to match the rpm being requested from the Duet board but the vfd is putting out double the set rpm (exp. I turn the spindle on at 12000rpm with the duet board and the vfd puts out 24,000 rpm's)
#3. Is it ok to run the load or neutral wire from the water pump through the relay? If so would I use FA, FB or FC?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
The VFD appears to be limiting the maximum current (PD142) to 7A instead of the 12A required by your spindle.
You can check PD143 (Motor Voltage Setting) and PD141 (Motor Rated Power) settings, are they matching your motor?
