Having trouble with 2kw bescutter 12 ga stainless slag

I’m getting a lot of slag on 12 ga stainless. Running a 1.0 tip and nitrogen. Any suggestions?

1 KW full power (all I have). 150 PSI Nitrogen and .3 MM cut height, zero focus to start. 2 stage pierce and I forget cut speed. Nozzle MUST be clean and centered. My cuts go straight to the press brake, or edge braking/softening.
Test cut some 75 mm circles, and mark the surface with a sharpie so you can match up the cupon and see if the slag is always on one side. Smaller circles will have you chasing your tail because of accel/decel.
