Help, my machine cut random circles and ruined my workpiece

Please help, my machine cut a random circle in my workpiece (see attached picture), the circle is not part of the toolpath, I'm very confused. I use solidworks 2020 cam generic cam post processor. My machine uses a DDCSV3.1 Standalone CNC Motion Controller. Do I need to change a setting somewhere to avoid unwanted circles?

Post your G-code. This isn't the sort of thing a machine would do on its own - it was probably commanded to do it.

Thanks for replying, see attached Gcode file.

Yes these circles are there. Also I get 507 errors something about arcs and tool offset. The file is definitely corrupt. I would run a simulation in your CAD software first before sending this to your machine. I just loaded your text file into UCCNC to get a visual.

Hey, thanks a lot. I did run a simulation path on solidworks cam and it didn't do any weird circles like UCCNC is showing.

I think I will try the other post processors listed in the solidworks folder and run the G code in UCCNC to verify that the G code is clean, hopefully that solves the problem.

This is so weird because I cut a slightly larger version of this part yesterday without issues.

Sorry, quick question for you, where do you see the 507 errors, is it also in UCCNC or did you use anther diagnostic software? Thanks.
