We have Hitachi Seiki HG500 horizontal machining center.
We have some problems.
Our machine have all axis hard limit alarm and emg.
And Micon board ready led(green) doesn't lit and T/R led(red) is litting.
Can you help me about these problems?
When i check pmcdgn page, i see there is no input (X). Every inputs are zero and when i press the buttons inputs not change.
Do you have any manauls about Micon?
Do you have these machine plc ladder?
