Huangyang wont respond to button press

Hey guys, I finally got my spindle and VFD (HY02D223B) wired up and running, but it quit responding to button presses after only using it twice.

It just blinks r00.00 and doesnt respond to any button press.

    Short story:
    • Wired it up. Plugged it in.
    • Decided to hit the run button. The spindle (2.2kW) spun up to 400Hz over about 5 seconds and I hit the stop button.
    • I did this one more time before I started to set the P values.
    • I set a few values, and got to the one where you need to move a jumper if you're not going to use a pot to adjust rpm. I moved the jumper without powering down. Maybe this was a mistake, idk. I didn't short anything (besides the jumper).
    • I may have set one more value and then it became unresponsive.

I've taken it apart looking for obvious signs, but haven't found anything.
The error/fault status led is not lit up on the PCB.
I started to unplug the control unit (the button box), but its hot glued on both ends of the cable, so I haven't yet.

    Any ideas?

If you set it for remote use before you had finished programing and test running then none of the button will work only the stop button is active, still should be able to access the programing though

If you ran the spindle before you had set the needed Parameters for the spindle then you could of damaged the VFD Drive ???

Pass word lock has been set ???

Problem with wiring Grounds or a short in the plug ???

See if you can remove the KeyPad some you can if the cables are not glued in place

So it is either something you did or a bad Drive as I have not seen that code before
