Re: I need a manual for VFD ZONCN NZ200

    Hello.
I need to set - "device error" for relay output 1.
Set to relay output 2 - "device on" output
For analog output I need to set - output "Current frequency" - 0-10V.
But it probably doesn't have an analog VDF output.

    Thank you

Next, I need to set to control the pump power with an external potentiometer.

I need a clear photo of the low voltage terminals

And no you would not use any of the relay output for a Pot

Tell me what your VFD is being used for and what it is driving

    Hi.
"And no you would not use any of the relay output for a Pot" (I don't understand this sentence)

VFD is used to control the vacuum pump power for the vacuum table. I need to adjust the power with a potentiometer. When milling holes and grooves I need to increase performance. I meant to connect the potentiometer and pressure sensor in series.

    Thanks

Not a very good photo the +10 AVI and Ground Terminals are what your Pot connects to AVI to the center Pot connection there is also a Jumper or switch that needs to be set J2 to AVI it is beside the terminal block

There may be a Parameter to set also

Do you need to controll the VFD dynamically? Then you need a controller which has analog input and output module. Such as PLC.
The potentiometer and pressure sensor connect to the controller's input terminals, and its output terminal connect to the VFD‘s analog input terminals.

Yes. I need to dynamically. I told the supplier that I needed it this way. The supplier said - ok.
I see that I can throw away the VFD.
    Thanks

Your VFD is not different from any other, I'm sure you could do what is needed if you get creative, your sensor would be controlled from your machine control and would output a voltage change to adjust the VFD Drives motor RPM as needed not hard to do at all

It is true. I will have linuxcnc and Beckhoff EL3064 and EL4004 there. That could work.
    Good idea.
    Thanks
