The IO module doesn't communicate with the Fanuc OiTF controller. The module is recognized as an device A8 Separate type I/O board, but displays the ER97 I/O link Failure CH1G00 alarm. Any ideas on how to configure this? Thanks. I show photos

Is this a new machine you want to configure?
Something is not right because the first I/O link module in an I/O Link configuration should be the machine operator panel
From the cnc mainboard the cable of the I/O LINK is going out on JD51A connector to the first module that is ALWAYS machine operator panel and after that is going to input/outputs module and so on
So ,on your topology you should see first line the machine operator panel module and not that one you show
I let you here how the topology should be

Hi, yes this is a new machine, the I/O unit is A02B-0319-C001 have four connector CB104, CB107 go to the panel operator and CB105, CB106 for cabinet (sensor and relays).
These modules were sent to me from China without software connection and I'm a little confused about how to proceed. It seems I must first assign a group to the module, as shown in your photos.

There is a connection manual(hardware) for 0I-F online that will help you
