It's almost winter so our Meldas decided to freeze

We have a 1999 Mitsubishi MV5C with a Meldas 600M controller that has locked up. I’ve run out of things to try and I’m hoping someone here has solved a similar problem or may have some input on what to look for or try.

The machine was running and we left it idling while we had lunch. When we came back the screen was on but had no response from any of the controls or buttons. We powered the machine down. When it restarted we had no screen and no working controls. The 'Ready' LED on the control panel lights but the 'HD' light no longer comes on. Below is a summary of what we know and a picture.

PSEMG – Red LED lit on HR081 card
    NCLD1 display on HR111 card displays 8
    WDER LED is red
Backup batteries are three years old read 3.65VDC
HR132 PCB (display control card) - has alarm 87 red
    HR337 PCB – 24in is green, 5out is green
    HR357A PCB – LED3 is red
    NCLED - 8

Re: It's almost winter so our Meldas decided to freeze

It looks like our CPU board is bad (Mitsubishi HR113). CNCtoolsllc appears to have the best price with a warranty. Does anyone have experience with them?
