    Kitamura My2 Fanuc 0M

    History: ATC failure, cause- sensor failure.
    Action: Sensor replaced. All ATC signals appear good.
    Status: ATC will function perfectly, but only with the two tools in the original failure.
    ATC function with original tools, ladder completes task sector.
    ATC function with different tool(s), ladder stops at TDEX signal.TDEX is not described in the manuals.
    We believe an ATC reset is needed, unfortunately the manuals require us to contact the distributor for instructions. Original distributor long gone and present distributor clueless.
    Machine since new and in as new condition.

    ussualy the MTB have a M code to reset the tool data table
    if not ,look in the menu dtata table wehre should be the tools numbers arranged and make it as you wish
    Normally the D500 is the spindle tool number and after that comes the rest of the tools in D501,D502 but could be different D adress
    send me a copy of the ladder and the PMC parameters and i can take a look
