    Lathe Turret problem

I am trying bring back to life 1987 YAM CK-2A with Fanuc OT-B. Had to change main board, transferred memory chips(except labeled 9010 001G was bad) entered system parameters( from this machine when it was in use) . Machine appears to work fine on X and Z, but have a problem with hydraulic turret, Controller has button for manual turret indexing, it works fine, but gives me alarm(just alarm light on machine controller, no codes on Fanuc screen) for all positions except 1. If turret used thru program command input(like T0303) some times it just gives an alarm right away, sometimes just rotates none stop. Found 1 of 4 proximity switches working inconsistently, replaced but nothing changed. Diagnostic parameter 460 changes values, for each position. Some positions correspond to switches engaged to 460,0 460,1 460,2 460,3 (not sure how to explain this), some don't. Some position only changes value of 460,4 but there only 4 switches. On some forum someone talks about resetting procedure for turret. Any ideas?

It sounds like the proximity switches and its wiring are the most likely problem.

I have checked them, they seem to work properly, at least to me. Parameter 008 values change accordingly with turret positions for all 4 switches. Not sure how cw and ccw switches work, because their values change on rotation, but looks the same in ether direction. May be timing, not sure.

SOLVED!!! Tried everything I could think of or find online, nothing worked. Found someone on forum( sorry cant remember which on) had an issue with exactly same machine. A forum member from company AV tech machine tools offered to help. I've emailed him and he shared 300-550 parameters, that were missing from my machine and turret is working. THANK YOU SO MUCH to member like Vancbiker , 13engines, AV Tech and others who spend their time trying help others
