1987 YAM CK2 lathe with Fanuc OT-B control. Machine was sitting in storage about 12 years. Trying to bring it back to life, had to replace main board, transferred memory chips from old board, entered all parameters. Machine appears to be working but if I jog Z+ it goes towards chuck and Z- away from chuck. Same for joysticks or MPG, Values on the screen correspond to controls but axis physically moves in opposed direction. Machine wont let me change Diagnostic parameters, key on or off, pwe=1, stop in or out, MDI or Edit or manual. System parameters from this machine when it was working fine. Any ideas?

SOLVED!!! Thanks to member in another forum. I was trying to figure this out all day, trying to change different parameters and searching the web for solution. I dont have that many parameters on this machine and entered all by hand and I thought I was pretty accurate. Turns out I missed a "-" on Z servo parameter.
