I may have one. I'm converting and old Multicam Pro to a fiber laser and it I believe it has the M24 board not sure of the Rev though.

Hard to tell from the photos, but it kinda looks right
the board with all the green connectors and red pieces

I found some paper work on my machine and I think it may be the r4. I saw this one when searching for info on mine.
