Hiya,
We have 2 flatbed 3-axis CNC machines at our shop in Orlando, FL that need service. The machines are Tork-CNC brand machines (a local cnc manufacture here in Florida). As of late, the manufacturer as become unresponsive and we are not able to get their dedicated technicians to come service the machine so we are now needing to locate a tech elsewhere. Being a 3-axis router type cnc machine, it's design and components are not overly complicated or that dissimilar from other big name brand machines. Still we are having a difficult time locating a company/tech willing to tackle the job. Looking for recommendations or perhaps guidance on where/what to look for when searching for a "General CNC Repair Tech" for lack of better terminology. Or if even such person exists.
thanks
K bye
