Looking for help with TB6560 stepper motor driver.

Hi, I hope that there are here people that have experience with TB6560 (Chinese) 3 axis stepper motor controller board. I would like to set up since I want to learn and inquire some experience to a field that is new to me. now, my first dilemma is about the E-stop and limit switches. from my experience with machines, the E-stop is a NC switch that connects the E-stop point to GND and enables the machine to operate. once it's pushed - it opens and disconnect the GND and disables the machine. is it the same here?
Attached - picture of the board.
    Thanx for your help.

It’s programmable in Mach3/4 software. You can use NC or NO switches, most people prefer NC.
    It’s whatever hardware you use.

Some information about a similar board here:

    https://reprap.org/wiki/4_Axis_TB656...ard_Controller

Note they are not exactly the same, but it may still be useful as they seem to share much of the design.

Do you know where I can find information how to (to which points) connect the E-stop and the limit switches? my search on the web yield various versions. on some it says that they should be connected to the DB15 port while others - to the DB25 port. RaderSidetrack was kind to post a link to a 4 axis version, which I believe is also different from the 3 axis board that I have. as I mentioned, I never dealt with it before and I really don't wish to cause damage by creating shortcircuits.

Attached you will find the manual that I found. It looks that the small four pin connector is the one you are looking for.
You have to configure it in the software
