Unhappy Mach3 USB red board, random stops and missteps

Hi, i have the latest version of mach3 and i am using the RNR motion card, the red board.

Some days i run a program with no problem, and sometimes i get these random stops, the mill stops for a second and continues with no loss in position, and i believe the LEDs in mach software still flashes and the graphic display showing tool tip stops meaning the pc hasnt frozen, and sometimes the motors just missteps and ruin the part, the misstep might even happen when im measuring tool lenght... i get this even with spindle disconnected,

    Pc is a 2nd gen i3 with 8 GB of ram, w10 64 bits
used 2 cables, still the same. pc runs off another power strip, seperate from the mill.im at a loss. can someone help?

Is the PC optimized for Mach3 - all extraneous calls on the processor eliminated? This sounds like what happens if you haven't disabled Windows Update. Mach3 XP optimization.txt steps. - Knowledgebase / Mach3 - Newfangled Solutions Helpdesk
