Hey. Joining thread for similar reasons. The boss purchased a 2nd hand FG 400 II here in Australia. We have been using it and the associated FX 3D software package for just over a year and have little support to rely on. Yesterday I had to chase down an issue with the unloader side follow-up supports not working. I still regard myself as a novice so initially I thought I had chosen the wrong options in the post processor. But it wasn't me. The lock that keeps the V roller support upright wasn't releasing, so it couldn't fold down in preparation for the rollers to raise up. After disassembling and testing the components hanging loose they all worked just fine. Bit of oil and problem solved. We rarely need the unloader side follow-up supports and something must have bound up due to disuse. All good now thankfully.
